    Excellent service. A department store had rejected my two watches saying I should take them back to the manufacturer. He fixed them in less than 10 minutes. The navigation couldn’t take me to his store. He went out to look for me.

    恵比寿に用事あったのでたまたま腕時計の電池切れていたので交換に伺いました。

    他のお店だと1週間くらい時間いただきますって言われて出せなかったものを、すぐにやっていただき内部もクリーニングしっかりしてくれて完了させてい

    時計の知識も技術も素晴らしくオススメできます。
    また時計に問題がおきたら迷わずここにします。

    Very knowledgeable about everything to do with watches and does extremely good work. Department store watch repair refused to touch my watch and told me to send back to manufacturer, but he had it repaired in front of me within 5 minutes!

    とても丁寧かつ迅速に対応していただき本当に感謝しております。

    ここで悪口を言ったところで何も解決しないし失った時間は戻ってきませんが今後来店予定のお客様のために書かせていただきます。

    正直に言って残念、に尽きます。
    というのも総合評価が良すぎなんですよね。
    もちろん私もその良いコメントを信じて早めにお伺いしましたが残念なことに開店時間になってもお店が開かない。
    少し待ってましたが誰もその店に来る気配なし。

    あれ休みなのかと思い色々調べたが開店日だし、もしかしてお店潰れたのかなと思いました。

    色々書きたいことはありますが
    そういうスタンスのお店なんだな
    と思われても仕方ないのかなと思いました。

    以前からお世話になっています

    接客の態度など心配な点はあるかもしれませんが職人気質の真面目な方でコミュニケーションが少し変わっているだけです。

    時計への熱い思いがある方です

    以前難しい時計をお願いした時は何かあった時のために保険にも入ってくださりしっかりと対応していただきました

    ベルトの交換も電池交換みここ以外はありえないくらいです
    そろそろまた電池も交換しなくては・・・
    タイミング見てベルトもオーダーしなくては・・・。

    どんなに酷い時計でも、快く受けてくれます｡　思い入れ深い時計に真剣に向き合ってくれているDr.T（うちではそう呼んでます。）には何時も感謝。他所では『寿命』と言われる物も　Dr.Tは何としても復活させようとしてくれます。高齢の私にも解り易い説明も有り難いです。先生、いつも有難う御座います。

    恵比寿駅西口駅前のえびすストアの中にあって、前から気になっていて、思い切って寄ってみたら、本当に大当たり‼️ 親切丁寧に対応してくれるオーナーさんで、諦めかけていた困った動かない時計の修理を引き受けて下さり、とても助かりました‼️　あきらめていたのに親身になって相談に乗ってくださり、ホント 神 こういう修理専門の街の時計屋さんってとても貴重、今後も利用させて頂きます
