I’ve done business trips to Tokyo many times but this was hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in Tokyo so far. My room was big, had a beautiful view of Mt.Fuji and came with a large bathroom. I loved their pool! All the service staff were very nice and provided high quality service. I’d definitely come back!

We would like to extend our gratefulness to the management and staff of Cerulean Tokyo Hotel in Shibuya.
After an awesome stay in the hotel, we realised one passport was left behind in the hotel when we reached the airport (departure).
Without any delay, they reacted swiftly bringing us the passport from hotel!
Thank you so much for having such excellent people with you.
With special thankfulness to your Manager, Kobayashi for your effective leadership.
Thank you Miyano, for helping to findthe passport and most importantly the staff who came running (sweating away) to the airport, Miss Sugita.
No words can express how thankful the family is.

Came from Hilton niseiko and stayed in Cerulean for 8 days at executive level. Been to Japan for many times. This must be the worst hotel stay ever. Ate the same breakfast everyday. The variety is pathetic, very limited, liken to a 2 star hotel. There are many staffs, but plates were not cleared. The food were not topped up, despite that there were only very few items. The swimming pool is open from 9am to 9pm, time that is inconvenient. People usually swim before breakfast or after dinner. Staff were not friendly.… – show

HUGE bed. Lovely staff, majority of staff can speak a bit of english, all staff are really nice. very expensive, dinner at the restaurant can come to $375 a head

Room is big, but room is poorly ventilated and stuffy. Breakfast is bad and limited. The staff are rude. Stayed here for 7 nights at Executive level. And there is nothing Executive at all.

Our second stay at Cerulean and it was most pleasant as the first. The hotel is very well located in Shibuya — right beside JR and Metro stations, airport bus stops at the hotel.
Rooms are spacious with good views of Mount Fuji and nearby areas. Complete set of toiletries, sofa, and other essentials.
The hotel staff is friendly and very attentive. For instance, housekeeping replenishes everyday all the items used, even something as small as a laundry bag. If you use something in the room, it will be topped up the next day. The most attentive service I have seen in a hotel.
Truly a 5-star hotel and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!… – show

Absolutely beautiful. Huge room and super king size luxurious bed and pillows. Huge bathroom with a bath and great views. Super clean and maintained. Very close to Shibua scramble square and many shops and restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

レストランを料理し、可もなく不可もないと思ったのですが、トイレに行ってびっくり。
ロビー階の女性トイレを13時過ぎに利用しましたが、トイレットペーパーのロールが2つとも空でした。
マナーの悪い客が持って帰ったのかと思ったのですが、2つともロール芯は残った状態でしたのでスタッフが交換していないだけですね。
こんなこと日本のホテルで初めてでしたのでびっくりしましたが、洗面台に向かったら更に驚きの光景が広がっていました。
洗面台は水浸し、ペーパータオルがダストボックスから今にも溢れ落ちそうでした。
全く清潔感のないホテルだと思います。
公衆トイレでもここまでひどい管理のところはなかなかないのではと感じます。
どれくらいの頻度でトイレの清掃がされているか分かりませんが、見た限り全く間に合っていないのでどうにかした方がいいと思います。
