Excellent! Grilled swordfish with voodoo hot sauce! WOW! As for the BBQ ribs, chicken & brisket — spouse says it's in the top 10 BBQs all over the world he has tried. Come hungry! Lots of food! Beers are good, too.

I love this place but it is a bit expensive I think. Try the 3 or 4 or 5 mixed of meat set. It is the best way to eat lots type of grilled there.

Make sure to book in advance.
The staff speak a little bit of English too.

Eating there with a group of friends is nice.

Staff are friendly and some speak very good English. Amazing cornbread and the ribs were decent but turned up lukewarm. As with other Japanese places, if you order sides expect them 15 mins before your main.

Good food but the service was very unsatisfactory today!

I sat at the bar Saturday evening Jan 7, 2023 but didn’t feel welcomed. The bartender was indifferent — no greeting, no niceties, just indifferent to the customer(s) in front of him — even though it wasn’t busy. Uncomfortable to say the least. I felt like I didn’t want to stay longer to order more….The Smokehouse needs to rectify this problem.

I understand it’s difficult to get workers these days in Tokyo; however, staff need to be pr operly trained to interact with customers to make them feel welcomed. I’m a long-term Tokyo resident and can tell that the level of service in the city has definitely declined since Covid started.

Overall the food was good but the lack of friendliness was surely a big minus. The 3 stars are for the food and the other staff that were nice. … – show

食事おいしかったです。
でも飲み放題で頼んだ飲み物は、、
残念ながら、10分ぐらい待ち、
提供までものすごく待たされました‥

それでいて食事の提供スピードも遅く、
デザートにあわせて、
コーヒーも飲めなかったので、、
サービスは１つ。

サービスで、
イマイチなお店と感じました。

ランチ利用。人気店なのか混み合っていた。
カウンター席はいくらなんでも狭い。TY系列他のとこもそうだが、そこそこ値段するのに狭い席あるのは結構マイナスポイント。
ハンバーガーもまあまあだが、ポテトは冷めてて微妙。
ランチセット？も1800円してバーガーとポテトのみ。
これならシェイクシャック行くね。
2人でセットとビールS頼んで5000円程。
コスパ悪し。
店員さんの接客と活気ある雰囲気は良かったです！

Delicious and authentic American style barbeque. Love the craft beers on tap! Staff was helpful in explaining their sauces, etc.

Great food. The owner is out there with the employees greeting people and opening the door for you. Great guy. Lots of happy people foreigners and locals. Ate Sausage Dip Nachos, Brisket, Spare ribs, Pulled Pork. Highly recommend all of them. Ah and the French fries were like McDonald's French fries if you like those.

みんなで打ち上げなどでワイワイやるには最高のお店。スペアリブやソーセージなど脂ギトギトになりながら楽しめる。接客のお手本のようなお店です

This is not cheap but put it this way: compare it to a flight to Austin, TX. Good brisket on Texas BBQ level. The tenderness and juiciness is just right. The typical sides, creamy spinach, Mac n' cheese, corn bread are also good.

お肉を食べたいならココ。
BBQの肉の味わいは最高です。
コスパもそんなに悪くはありません。

店内は少し騒がしいです。
お酒はビールをメインに、洋酒が豊富。

店内の雰囲気、サービスが良い！
物珍しいソースや丁寧な調理だと感じられる！
食べてて楽しかったな
2人で食べに行っても良かったけど、大人数でたくさんの種類をシェアしてわいわい食べたい
ビールのサイズはブートがおすすめです
