とても本格的なヨガスタジオ
アシュタンガヨガがメインでビンヤサ、ハタヨガ、英語クラスもある

先生がとても個性があり、そしてとても勉強されている方ばかりです。

値段相応で、ヨガのポーズや哲学を深めたい方は凄く良い。

Authentic English-friendly Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga in the heart of Tokyo. Great location, beautiful atmosphere. Classes taught in English and in Japanese. Abundant workshops and teacher training courses held all year long (RYT200/RYT500).

スタジオを変えてヨガクラスを再開しました。
前回の反省を踏まえて、今回は入会金や年会費の無い若干小規模なスタジオを選んでみました。
自分のペースで通えるのが一番ですね。
スケジュール表を見ながら、参加出来そうなクラスだけ単発で参加してます。
インストラクターや周りの方たちとも仲良くなってきて、楽しくなってきました
