ここのお料理はどれもオススメなんですが、ブルスケッタや、トリッパ、自家製ピクルス等のシンプルなお料理もすごく美味しいです。
6時間炊いてつくるという長ネギのグラタンも絶品でした。
ランチで行く場合も予約がオススメです！
人気なのでいきなり行っても入れない場合があります。

こんなに美味しい牡蠣は生まれて初めて食べました。しかもさまざまな産地の牡蠣の違った味わいを色々堪能できる。
もう東京で他のところでは牡蠣食べられません。
