We had a great experience with our newborn photos at Chepolinko. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and very warm & welcoming, they were attentive to my husband and I, bringing us refreshments while we waited. We were able to choose the two outfits our son would wear, and watch the photos take place.
She was wonderful with our baby — so much so that my husband and I (who are first time parents) even learned a few soothing techniques by watching her calm him down. She's very gentle and calming, allowed me time to breastfeed him during the shoot to get him to go back to sleep. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable.
The final results are absolutely stunning and exactly what I was hoping for, I am so happy to have these moments captured with my baby thanks to Chepolinko.… – show

I had a 14 day newborn session done here but I was not happy with my experience for the following reasons:
1. I did not get to choose any of the props. 2. I was told I was not able to choose any all-skin poses. (Not mentioned on the website or in the pre-shoot email and only found out at my session) 3. In half of the photos, my newborn was awake, overstimulated and looks upset. 4. At no point was I asked if I was happy with what was going on in the session. 5. I was not invited into the studio room at the beginning to observe any preparations/photo taking.
While some of the photos are lovely, the photographer's inability to settle an upset newborn or communicate with me about my expectations for props and poses undermined the success of the session.
Towards the end of the session, after watching her take a few quick snaps of my newborn awake, not in pose and not properly swaddled, I left with disappointment and a sinking feeling. I dreaded returning for the next appointment when I was presented with a selection of less than impressive shots not by the photographer but by her husband. I was not happy with half of these photos. Not to mention he kept trying to upsell me more photos for $50 a pop.
While I'm grateful for the effort and with what goes into these sessions, I didn't get the photos I hoped for and I'm disappointed by the entire experience. After all, you can not book in for a another newborn session when it takes time to secure a booking and your baby is no longer a newborn.… – show
Dear Anna. It is sad to hear from you about our service. Before booking the Newborn session we send an email with photoshoot workflow and all details. 1. We ask clients about colors they like and according to this information, we create setups for newborns. 2. You have chosen a mini newborn plan. The mini newborn plan does not include all-skin poses and complicated poses. 3. Some newborns do not sleep well during the photoshoot, sometimes because they are sensitive or because parents do not follow session preparation instruction. 4. During the newborn session, parents are allowed to be in the studio room. We are glad to hear any requests from our clients.… – show

Just got my maternity photos back and I couldn’t recommend Chepolinko enough!
Alina is so easy to work with and she made a very nervous subject (me) feel incredibly comfortable. The quality of her work speaks for itself. I was looking for studio-style photos and that’s exactly what Alina specializes in.
Another factor that went into my decision to work with her was her extensive collection of dresses and textiles to choose from. I decided I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of renting/buying dresses just for the photoshoot and my go-to dress rental place (rent the runway) doesn’t ship to Japan.… – show

Great to see the attention to detail that they put into making the pictures look perfect… Highly recommend..
Not recommending this place at all. An accusation was made of stealing the data, because there were time gap after receiving the first data on USB(Whilst during that time, talking with a friend who recommended me to this place. Discussing about uncertainty of the service.) but to a surprise, I was told there was a possibility of stealing data so couldn’t provide further service. As a result, only got the photos they chose. (claimed they provided the service as well.)my friend said she will call up and prove that during that time we were on the phone, but I didn’t think that was necessary, because I know I didn’t do anything wrong and thought it was absurd accusation.
Sadly and disappointingly no apologies nor follow up has made until now. I guess they have close this issue without final check with a customer. What’s the point of getting photo shoot when there’s zero satisfaction? Seriously, stealing? Where in the world can you come up with this crazy idea?! You just want some good memories and they provide the worst memory. Surprise to see the business still seems to be running. When in doubt, do clarify and show the proof. At least cross check with the person who introduced me to this place for clarification. With all my pride and dignity, this accusation is extremely unacceptable.
Why now? I was recommended to speak out this experience in Eng. and to consider taking further actions. This is NOT some other country, where it’s ok to accuse a customer and run the business. Absolutely ridiculous and disgraceful. The worst experience I ever encountered. I want my precious time back. I believe What comes around goes around.

My family and I have been clients for over five years and cannot express how excellent their services are!! They were able to come to our home for my son's newborn photoshoot and do indoor studio and outdoor shoots so beautifully for us. Recently my home computer crashed and I lost all of my photo files that I had from Chepolinko. I contacted them and they were able to get every single one of our photo files sent over to us that very same day, I was amazed and forever grateful that they had had all of our family memories backed up for us! 撮影時カメラマンの説明と写真が出来上がった後のスタッフの対応が全く異なり、事あることに言い訳が多く府に落ちないことがあった。
日本人スタッフがいないためか、そもそもの考え方・お客さんへの態度が異なるのかもしれないが、客に対し疑いをかける(データを盗んだ可能性がある)
