びっくりします。
フリーウェイトトレーニングは、やりやすいスペースです。
凄く広くてキレイでした。特にフリーウェイトエリアが広々してます。
ハーフではないパワーラックが2台あり、ダンベル用のベンチも3台あります。設備は殆どハンマーストレングスですね。
あと変わっていたのはケトルベルが20キロまであったことです。
トレーニングに集中できました。また行きたいです！
残業ながら日焼けマシーンは有りませんでした。
