共益費が込みでも結構安くで初期費用もかからずコストを抑えられて非常に助かりました。
個室も鍵付きでプライベート管理もバッチリだったし、
共有部は週に1度スタッフが清掃してくれるところも良かったです。
高田馬場駅からも近くてスーパーや飲食店とかも多いし生活にはかなり便利でした。

Very comfortable place and near market or family mart. But not recommended for travelers who have big Luggage because the location is far from nearest station.
