    Excellente expérience, je ne pensais ps que les gyozas pouvaient être aussi raffinés, patron très sympa pour vous partager les conseils de dégustation

    We were staying at the onsen yuen Ryokan and this spot is just 2 mins away. A wonderfully cozy spot with delicious and unique gyozas and dumplings. The owner was very friendly and funny. We had a course of gyozas/dumplings and they were all delicious! One of my favorites was the porcini gyoza paired with red wine.

    いやー、美味しかったです。
    餃子って、いっぱいガフガフ食べるイメージしかなかったのですが、ダンジー餃子さんに行ったら、ガフガフもいいんだけど、そうじゃない餃子の在り方も
    餃子のあん（中身）に、とっても美味しいスープを使っていて（そのスープ、コースのなかで飲めます）、すべてのお料理を化学調味料とか使わずに作って
    餃子のコースって、どうなるんだろうと思いましたが、美味しくて幸せな時間を過ごせました。
    レモンサワーも赤ワインも美味しかった。どっちも餃子に合うってなんか不思議でした。
    餃子の写真、ほとんどないです。食べる方が忙しかったので。
