お願いして本当に良かったと思います。もう助からないと思ってた黄ばんだコートを起死回生させてくれました。店主は凄く親切な方で、破れたポケットの補修までしていただいて、それらに加えて値段は非常にリーズナブルなので感謝しきれないです。またよろしくお願いいたします。

布団クリーニング出しましたが、2週間程度と言われたのに、1ヶ月経っても連絡さえありません。
半年前の投稿は絶対に参考にしてはいけません！
連絡がないので、まだ返ってきていないし、本当にサービス業としてここまで酷いのはいままでにないほどです。
絶対にやめた方がいいです。

洗濯のクオリティーには満足していますが、ほぼ毎回指定した時間より1時間以上遅れて（ひどいときは2時間程度）ピックアップやデリバリーがあるので、そこは改善していただきたいです。

大型ランドリーできれいですが価格は高めです。ドラム式で10kg以上のお洗濯に向いてます。一つだけ縦型の小型洗濯機とスニーカー乾燥機がありました。

ごみ箱が無いからあちこちごみが散らかっている。カメラが多いわりには掃除が。
ごみ箱は開店の頃はあったのに。

染み抜きをお願いしたが、シミは全く消えていなかった。
また、服が色褪せ・よれた状態で帰ってきました。

店のスタッフは「私が担当していないので」とおっしゃっていました。

お気に入りの服をお願いするのなら絶対にお勧めしません。
