運転手の方もとても親切で安心して乗って居ることが出来、本当に今回は何の不安もなく、一時帰国をすることが出来ました。
年に数回一時帰国をするのですが、次回も必ず利用させて頂きます。
I have nothing other than praise for Kawamura-san and his drivers. My wife and I lived in Tokyo for 2 years and flew often through Narita. Every time we needed, Kawamura-san and his team were helpful, cordial, patient, and kind.
If you need ground transport anywhere in Tokyo, Japan Land Service and Kawamura-san are your best option!
We came to Japan to tend to a family crisis, in a panicked, frazzled and emotional state. Add a required 2-week quarantine period, need for PCR testing and a language barrier, in a foreign country, and this could have been a disastrous trip for us.
Luckily we found Japan Land Services. They were the most helpful, patient and responsive company I've had the pleasure of working with.
They secured us Quarantine housing, and kindly accommodated my c hanging needs and dates…provided limo service from the airport to the housing…found us a clinic, and made our appointments, where we could PCR testing, provided limo service to and from the clinic..and finally arranged our limo service to the airport, when our ordeal was at an end.
Each time the service was on time…each time the service was exemplary…each time the cars were impeccably clean and comfortable, with drivers who instilled confidence…each time we were kept informed via text, email or Whats app.
We could not have achieved all that we did without the kindness, patience and help we received.
Arigato, arigato, arigato, to the Japan Land Servicers team.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone. If your experience is anything like ours, you will be glad that you relied on them for your lodging and car service needs.
