    This bank is the worst I've been client to. Worst than regular western bank, that is something… Service/rules/policies are abysmal. Nothing to complain about the staff, they do their best.

    No service but a lot of sumimasen!
    The most of awful service in whole japan.
    The english speaker speak more “eto” than english.
    They also not able to answer question so they speak to their coworker for long time every time you ask somethink.
    The result is not solving of problem, only wasting time!

    口座開設で利用しました。
    とにかく手際が良い。かつ接遇がものすごくしっかりされていて、銀行特有の事務的作業感が全く無く、せっかちな自分としては非常に快適でした。

    印鑑不要、通帳廃止と定型化し過ぎた日本の銀行とは一線を画するスタイルも大好きです

    NOTE: Ignore confusing sign saying “Authorised Persons Only”. You can go in and to the bank, the sign is there because there other offices and businesses in the same building.

    Friendly staff, multi-lingual assistance including immediate video translation services, and English (possibly more languages) options on application procedures.

    Nice, quiet, friendly, atmosphere. Thorough explanations given.

    Very friendly staff and they can help you in English as well. From entering into bank to exit they will guide you and help you all the way in a very polite manner. Please prefer this branch. Thank you.

    時間外の相談予約でしたが、とても丁寧に応対していただきました。
    大した金額ではなかったのですが、的確なアドバイスで行って良かったと思いました。
    松坂屋の駐車券も頂けますし、松坂屋の買い物分の駐車券も併用出来ます。

    Went there to open an account. It literally took 15min, all staff was very nice and helpful. And they speak English so if your Japanese level sucks () they will help you to open an account or do whatever you have to do.
