    Had my friend’s hanko made at this store. Upon entering the store, a friendly staff approached me. The staff can speak English well and explained to me the different types of hanko and their prices. I explained that my friend couldn’t personally come due to an emergency so I went to the shop on her behalf. The staff asked for her residence card and I showed the photo she sent to the staff.     Very helpful staff made very nice professional business cards for me on the spot. They spent time to work through very complicated details to get the cards right, including adding katakana and making sure the translation made sense, and they stayed past close by to finish the job!

    A must if you come to Japan, get your name in traditional characters or in normal Roman characters. They only took a few minutes to do ours as they where not that busy. A simple one machine printed was less than 2,000¥ but can be very expensive depending on the material and if it is handcrafted. Worth the trip
