目の前が線路なので不安でしたが、全然電車の通過音も夜中のシャワー音・ドライヤー音も一切聴こえなかったので防音対策がしっかりされてる印象です。

お部屋の方もカプセルホテルにしては広いと感じましたし、メイク落としや洗顔料・生理用品まで無料で用意してくれてるのはかなり良心的でした。

また、悪評価の口コミに「加湿器が無い」と書かれていたせいか加湿器用意されてました(笑)
営業努力？が凄いと思います。
また機会があれば利用したいと思います

枕と布団から異臭。
中を洗ってないか、外を洗ってないか。ベランダも清掃しておらず灰が。枕臭で本当につらい宿泊でした。

Friendly staff, clean room, restroom, bathroom. It would be great if you provide towels to your guests, not rental. But still good experience during my stay.

上野駅入谷口が最寄り出口です。グリッズはドミトリーでも昔ながらのカプセルホテルより、オシャレでで衛生的なので何度か利用してます。

《客室》ドミトリープライベートAで利用しました。ベッドのみですが身内5名まで1部屋で泊まれるタイプでした。コロナ禍や防犯面でも安心して宿泊で

《サービス》受付対応は日本語がペラペラ過ぎる欧米のスタッフがスムーズで気持ちのいい対応をしてくれました。ドミトリータイプはアメニティが有料な

《衛生・安全面》設備は非常に清潔で綺麗にしてあります。全ての階のエレベーターの脇に自動消毒液が備え付けてあるのも良いです。シャワー洗面所トイ

ベッドルームにある個別の金庫が非常に小さいので(財布スマホ程度はOK)大物はフロントに荷物として預けるほうが安全です。

以上概ね満足ですが、アメニティの部分だけ評価が分かれる点かなと思います。機会があればまたお世話になります。

Roommate in the hostel was rummaging through plastic bag after bag from 7pm to 12am. They also left the dorm door open at this time resulting is hearing everyone else. Absolutely no respect to noise and kept me up arguing and going ima me out the room overnight. The room was also a huge mess.

If only I can rate it zero star. One of the guy staffs has horrible attitude and not helpful hospitality. My phone service provider was suddenly being cut off. And I was here alone and got no clue what to do. The staff was being unhelpful at all, and even he was not even sure the place does selling the portable wifi/sim, just try to send off me, and told me that's my problem. Hello? Yes that's my problem. I'm trying to get some help here. Plus, the places was way too small, and horrible tenant from Thailand, showing dark face/sound and all kind of attitude. I've been booking here too many days, and I've been dreadful to go back to the place. And no towels was provided. Even it is slightly cheaper in price, I wouldn't recommend. I would prefer to go for other places even is more expensive. This just ruins my trip. … – show

1박 묵었고 직원 정말 친절해요. 추천합니다.

11월 말 가격으로 대략 21,000w 지불했습니다.

혼성말고 여성만 묵는 6층 6인실이었고, 오히려 제가 뒤척이는게 폐가 아닌가 싶을 정도로 다른 분들도 엄청 조심해서 움직이셔서 되게 조용했어요.

그리고 위생이 진짜 좋음! 침구랑 베개 깔끔하고, 냄새나는 것 없어요.

화장실 따로, 세면실 따로, 샤워실 따로 공용으로 있었습니다. 샤워실 수압 좋았고 샤워기 각도조절도 됐어요. 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시 있는데 불편한 점은 따로 씻고 갈아입을 옷을 놓을 선반이 없다는 점? 그래서 다 쓴 수건 넣어놓는 통 입구에 옷을 아슬아슬하게 걸쳤어요.
도미토리 내부에서 취식 불가며 1층 로비에서 뭘 먹을 수 있어요. 근처에 패밀리마트 있는데 뭐가 많음. 바이럴타는 바닐라요거트랑 쟈지푸딩 있음ㅋㅋ

110v 어댑터는 보증금 천엔 내면 빌려주시고, 반납할 때 돌려줘요. 다른 어매니티(칫솔, 치약, 수건)는 돈 내야 합니다. 저는 배쓰타올 빌렸는데 20 0엔 냈고, 개인적으로 배쓰타올은 너무 크다고 생각했기 때문에 보통 샤워하고 나서 수건을 한 장 사용하시는 분은 배쓰타올 말고 그냥 수건 빌리는 걸 추천드립니다.

체크인 시간 전에 짐 맡겨놓을 수 있습니다.

이정도 가격이면 진짜 좋은 것 같아요. 가성비 짱!! 다음에도 도쿄 우에노 근처에서 숙소 잡을 일 있으면 여기에 숙소 잡을 것 같아요

Bed, pillow blanket for me is very good. I can deep sleep all night long. No noisy. Water flow in bathroom is strong. Here have elevator. Room a bit small but compare with all of thing is acceptable. Recommend!

— 우에노역 근처로 위치 양호, 이동 편리

— 영어되는 프런트 직원 항시 대기

— 객실 상태 및 샤워룸 레스트룸 세면대 청결도 최상

* 감안 요소

— 해지고 나면 근처가 상당히 어두컴컴하므로 주의 요망

— 사람이 워낙 많아서 호스텔 로비 자리가 없을 때가 있음ㅠ

The placing of the hotel was great, just a block from Ueno Station, from there you can go to anywhere with a train or 2.
The staff… Man I have no words to describe the kindness and willingness to help, I could be here all day, they really went above and beyond helping me and my friends with everything they could and more.

I stayed for 7 nights and it was great. The price was very good and the room was clean. (Tokyo size) They also have laundry (only 100 coins work) and a lobby to sit and get some drinks. Staff was very nice and helpful. Wifi was fast (video calls possible). Best place to visit Taito, Chuo and central Tokio cause Ueno station has a lot of different underground lines.

去家族3人で利用。
上野駅入谷口改札出て歩いて10分以内。
ドミトリータイプと個室タイプ併用のホテル。
3人でしたが、部屋は2段ベッド2つ含めて6人が泊まれる仕様。
そのためか、洗面は2つ、風呂もホテルとは思えないゆったりとしたもので、大変気に入りました。
部屋からは上野駅線路が良く見え、小さな子供も楽しめるのでは。
難言えば、机などがなく、布団の上で全て行わなければならなかった事くらいです。

This hotel is a pretty good. Wifi is good. The air conditioner is really strong. The fridge had a freezer in it. The location is in a very convenient location, since Ueno station is 3 mins away. there is also a family mart 2 mins away. The only downside is that the rooms were extremely small. I went to this hotel with my family. We got one room but it was really cramped. Our suitcase took up most of the space and there was barely any room to walk.

今回相部屋は利用せず、ツインの部屋を予約サイトから激安で購入しました。バス周りは全て揃っており、冷蔵庫も小さめなものも有り。エアコンもウォシ
部屋はコンパクトですが新しく綺麗。狭いなりに工夫された感じの作り。
共有スペースは利用していませんが、うるさいといったイメージはなく、次回は利用してみたいと思いました。

入谷口からほど近く　始発で遠出するときに利用しました
館内しずかで過ごしやすかったです

上野駅前という好立地を謳い文句にしていますが、奥の方のかなりマイナーな出口から徒歩数十秒という感じで、いわゆる正面口からだと徒歩５分近くあり
そのおかげで上野駅の喧騒から解放され、とても静かなロケーションです。
高層階の窓からはターミナル駅上野に出入りするたくさんの鉄道を眺めることが出来、それはそれで壮観。
あまり見かけない特急列車車両も数多く観察することが出来ます。
鉄道ファンで無くても楽しめる光景でした。
４ベッドのファミリールーム利用でしたが、荷物を置くスペースは最小限なので、少々工夫が必要でした。
新しいホテルなので、ベッドごとにコンセントとUSBジャックが完備されているあたり、使い勝手が良好でした。
朝食はサンドイッチ＋α＋コーヒーというコンパクトなものなので、付けずに近所のファミリーマートで買い置きでも良いかなという感じでした。
