Overall, there are quite a few interesting shops to discover in this street, one of them being a Ninja Shop! Or a traditional Japanese weapons shop, where they sell all kind of Japanese weapons. Others include ice cream, cakes and several small restaurants and clothes shops. Well worth the walk when you visit Senso-ji Temple.
Also, don't be surprised to see loads of tourists in Kimono and Yukata walking around. You can actually rent them for the day and go take lots of photos around here. … – show
心地よい西参道。風情があっていいところですよ。
浅草のお土産を置いているお店も多いので、見ていて楽しいです。
またこの商店街にあるメロンパン屋さんからいい香りがするので、いつも誘われて買ってしまいます笑
ただコロナだからか、閉まっているお店が多かったのが残念でした。
玩具屋さん見たかったな…
アニメと言えば、アーケード中程に在る喫茶店サニーさん横の路地から伝法院方向を伺う所が「さらざんまい」エンディングで描かれている聖地巡礼スポッ
色々なお店が建ち並び賑やかです。
日中は大変な混雑ぶりですが、夜も更けると静観な景色が広がります。
そのギャップもまた魅力的な商店街です。
