A great shopping street especially when the weather is bad. Huge tourist trap for sure. Many stores don't cater to locals or veteran travelers to Tokyo.

This was 100% tourist Japanese trap. Japan is not known for crime or homeless, but this place attracted them all. There were people trying to hustle you at every corner.
