芝生がちゃんと管理されていて品質が良い。
夏の戸田花火大会の穴場スポット。
少し遠いが花火は見える。
花火大会に来た人たちはこっちの方は来ない。（駅の反対側に誘導されるため）なのでゆっくり花火を楽しむことができる。その反面、屋台はほとんどなく
悪い点
夏1シーズン2回程度草が狩られるが、道にまで草が入り込んでいることがあるので少し歩きづらいと感じるタイミングもある。
また夜は街灯が少ないのでかなり視界が悪い。
一度、大雨のときには完全に水没していたのを見た。
