Customer service is unreliable. They made several mistakes with my order. 1.) Scheduled to be delivered from 4—6 PM. They had it delivered from 9—12 am instead. I arranged for the redelivery myself and tried to be patient. 2.) Informed us of the out of stock items, after checking I said proceed as the most needed items were available. Upon delivery, one of the needed ingredients was missing and apparently it is out of stock as well but they didn’t inform us. 3.) I asked for credit card payment upon delivery. They said it could only be done if it’s via Sagawa delivery (which was more expensive) so I agreed. When the items was redelivered the Sagawa delivery staff informed us that it’s a cash only basis. I could’ve avoided paying extra fees if I opted for cash transfer instead of cash on delivery. But we already felt bad for the delivery staff as he had to come back again if we don’t accept the delivery and pay cash, it wasn’t even his fault. When I called them they just said sorry but didn’t offer any solution even though they were the one who made a mistake. And told us we can’t return it because we already accepted. I am extremely disappointed for the hassle and inconvenience. I would highly suggest to try another shops instead as this is not the only bad review they have for their customer service.… – show

They offer also a very cheap yet delicious pastries like Pandecoco, Kalihim Ube, Pandesal, Cheesy Pandesal, and Spanish Bread.
You will never get disappointed by what you pay for.
